Reto Phases
The Competition will take place between the months of March and May 2024 and will be composed of the following phases:
- Qualifying Phase: Participants must achieve a minimum score to be able to participate in any of the categories indicated above. Intrauniversity competitions are another option to qualify.
- Categories Phase: The teams will compete in the simulator corresponding to the chosen category.
- Reto Champion Phase: The two best teams in each category will compete against each other using a simulator to determine the 2024th Reto Champion.
The Competition will take place between the months of March and May 2024. The
phases will be carried out according to the following calendar:
Qualifying Phase
Before March 15th, participants will receive a Username and PASSWORD in their emails to enter the simulators and will be able to download all the information necessary to participate.
In the Qualification Phase, participants must compete in the InnovaTech simulator. A simple simulator that will allow you to have a first contact. In this case they will compete against the simulator itself.
How is passing the Qualifying Phase determined?
Each of the simulators has an indicator (Company Value) that reflects the evolution of the results of each company. The value of the company will evolve positively or negatively depending on the evolution of the results obtained as a consequence of decision-making. Each team must exceed a minimum value of 1,200 Company Value points in a maximum of three periods.
Another way for participating teams to access the Category Phase is through the Internal Competitions called “Intrauniversities” carried out by the Universities in accordance with the conditions determined jointly with CompanyGame.
Categories Phase
In this phase the participants, already placed in their respective categories, will use the corresponding simulator. Students must make three rounds of decision according to the following schedule. In the same way, the ranking will be determined by the Company Value, with the difference that in this case each category will have its own ranking since the different teams compete among themselves in universes of around 6 companies.

Dates and times may be subject to change. They will be definitively communicated on the CHALLENGE website and directly to the different teams with sufficient advance notice.
How is the classification in each Category determined?
The simulator has an indicator (Company Value) that reflects the evolution of the results of each company. Based on the different decisions that are made, the value of the company will evolve positively or negatively, determining the position in the ranking of the participating teams. Each team will compete in each of the Challenge phases in small universes or simulation scenarios (made up of between 5 to 7 companies). All participating teams will compete in a single ranking per category.
This indicator will be available 12 hours after processing each period and can be viewed at any time by entering your personal username and password. The two teams from each category that achieve the highest score will be the teams that will advance to the Challenge Champion Phase
At the end of this phase, teachers will have access, through the CompanyGame platform, to the development of the competition to be able to analyze the results together with the participating team.
Final Phase or Challenge Champion
The dynamics of this phase will be very similar to the categories, however they will be using a simulator that will be a surprise and only 8 teams will participate, the two best in each category. In the same way, the final ranking will be given by the Company Value achieved after 3 rounds of decision.
Diplomas
All participants will be able to print a participation certificate in each of the simulators used. This diploma can be printed at the end of each of the phases from the participant's access to the platform. Participants will have 3 months to print.
