RETO CompanyGame 2026

Where talent becomes real decisions

The RETO CompanyGame 2026 is not just a competition. It is a global experience where students step away from theoretical learning... to start making decisions like real managers.

This edition has set a participation record, forming an international community of:

19
Countries
149
Universities
293
Professors
2.650
Students

An environment where every decision counts, every strategy impacts, and every result teaches.

An international experience connecting talent

Students from Europe, America, and Asia have competed in a simulated business environment, facing the same challenges they will encounter in their professional future.

There are no theoretical answers here: only analysis, uncertainty, pressure... and real decisions.

Learning by doing: the key to the RETO

During the competition, teams managed their own virtual company, making decisions in key areas such as strategy, marketing, operations, and finance. All this in dynamic and competitive markets that evolve with each round.

The result: an experience that develops key competencies such as:

Strategic Thinking
Decision Making under Pressure
Teamwork
Global Business Vision
Adaptation to Change

Universities committed to educational innovation

Universidad Autónoma de Chile (Chile) Universidad Hispanoamericana (Costa Rica) Universidad Internacional del Ecuador (Ecuador) Universidad Europea de Madrid (Spain) Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Spain) Universidad La Salle Oaxaca (Mexico) Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla (Mexico) Universidad de Lima (Peru) VESIM (India) Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala College (India) Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra (Portugal) Maynooth University (Ireland)

Much more than a competition

The RETO CompanyGame culminates in a Final Gala where the best teams are recognized, but the true value lies in the process:

  • Learning by making real decisions
  • Competing with international teams
  • Developing skills that make a difference

Training the future today

The RETO CompanyGame continues to grow as a platform connecting education, business, and technology.

Because learning is not just about knowing…
but knowing how to decide.
